These terms of use govern your access to and use of the SERVE Padel & Play website and booking platform (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using our website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation or security
• Use the site to transmit anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the site’s content without our permission

3. Your account

When you create an account, you’re responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login details secure. You’re responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

4. Bookings & payment

Pilates and rebounding session bookings, payment, and our refund and cancellation policy are covered separately in our Booking Conditions. Padel court bookings are made through our third-party booking partner and are subject to that platform’s own terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to SERVE Padel & Play or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to operate parts of our service, including Paystack for online payment processing and a third-party platform for padel court bookings. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer

We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
